Chartered Management Institute Mentoring & advisory

Strategic adviser on customer experience, brand trust, and reputation.

I work with business owners and leaders responsible for progress, performance, and long-term value.

Much of my work begins with a simple question: how is this organisation actually experienced by the people it serves?

Inside most businesses, there is a clear intention behind what the brand stands for. But what customers experience is shaped by what you consistently do.

Marketing, customer experience, employer brand, and reputation are often managed separately. They are experienced as one.

I help leaders see where what they say, do, and deliver are not lining up. Demonstrating how it forms trust, loyalty, and reputation.

My role is to bring perspective and structure from the outside. To make that visible, so better decisions can be made with clarity and consistency.

I've spent much of my career inside complex organisations across financial services, real estate, and professional services.

Accountability and Trusted Challenge

A peer-level partnership that provides both support and constructive challenge. Honest feedback from an experienced advisor.

I started working with Ketna in April 2026. As a fractional CMO, I know better than most how important positioning and messaging are, and yet, like many of us, I found it surprisingly hard to apply that same thinking to myself. I came to Ketna wanting an objective perspective on how I was showing up and whether my positioning was really working.

What I got was so much more. One of Ketna's greatest gifts is helping you see what you cannot always see in yourself. As a CMO I know that clients buy outcomes, not processes, and yet I'd fallen into exactly that trap in how I was talking about my own work. Ketna helped me shift that, and it's changed how I show up in every conversation.

But it goes deeper than that. Ketna has helped me build my inner confidence and reminded me of what I'm genuinely capable of, not just to build a strong business, but to build something with real purpose behind it.

Being a fractional CMO herself means there's no need to explain how marketers operate. She already gets it, and that makes all the difference. Our sessions felt less like coaching and more like an honest, candid conversation with someone who could see my blind spots clearly.

Today I feel focused. I have a much clearer plan for how to take my business forward, and the confidence to go and do it. After six sessions, I didn't want our sessions to end, and I'm continuing to work with Ketna to keep the momentum going.

If you're a fractional CMO who knows your stuff but struggles to position yourself with the same confidence you bring to your clients, or who simply hasn't yet seen the full extent of what you're capable of, Ketna is exactly who you need.

NHFractional CMO — Mentoring client

Ketna has been a brilliant advisor to me as I have started to scale my podcast production company from audio to video series. She has been able to take all the messy jumbled thoughts and ideas I had about my brand and turn them into a tangible marketing and brand profile. Her attention to detail and ability to see through blind spots has got me to a flying start with my brand building journey. I'm looking forward to continue working with her as we build out the next few series of the show.

AtWorkWithMentoring & brand advisory

Working with Ketna Mistry has been truly transformative. Together, we broke down my short- and long-term goals, and she provided clear, actionable guidance that helped me better understand my offer, redefine my positioning, and build confidence. What stood out most was her genuine investment in my growth — she listened carefully, tailored advice to my situation, and consistently encouraged me to aim higher. Each session left me motivated and focused, and her responsiveness made the experience even more valuable. Thanks to her mentorship, I now have a clear vision for my career path and practical steps to achieve it. I highly recommend Ketna to anyone seeking mentorship that blends professionalism, empathy, and results.
